The Official Sharon Tate Fansite

Thank you for signing Sharon Tate's
"Hollywood Walk of Fame"
Star Petition!

The murder of Sharon Tate and her friends in 1969 was such a loss and horrendous tragedy, it is something I remember vividly to this day, and always will. Beautiful and talented Sharon, slaughtered at near 9 months pregnant by a gang of crazed monsters was so very senseless and heartbreaking. Sharon died, I feel, just as she was about to realize her dreams; she was about to give birth to a much wanted son, and I think had she lived, she would have been the star she dreamed of being. I think for her sake, as she looks down from heaven, and her family's sake, who surely still suffer greatly from her loss, giving her a star on the HWOF would be a lovely and well deserved gesture. The world can show her and her family we know she would have been a star deserving of this special place in Hollywood had she just been given the chance to live.

I just can't believe Sharon Tate doesn't have her star yet! She was a brilliant actress, she would have become the biggest star of her generation so she definitely deserves one. If you are not sure, just watch her films once more, and if it's not enough, find and watch the featurette: All Eyes on Sharon Tate. That should convince you!

What can I say about Ms.Tate that has not already been said a thousand times. I was not alive in her time because I am only 20 years old but that does not mean I can't appreciate a beautiful career and a beautiful person. I am glad I have had the joy of seeing her films. I hope that someday she gets her star is very very well deserved!

I don't normally follow the lives of celebrities, but I've learned a lot about Sharon from a close friend and have come to respect her life and accomplishments. I hope that she does have a star on the Walk of Fame as soon as possible.

im 17 years old, and an actress myself. currently i am reading 'Helter Skelter' written by Vincent Bugliosi, the subject of Charles Manson has hit home to many people, ruining many lifes. Sharon Tate was undoubtfully on her way to stardom, it would be hard for anyone to say she had no talent. She was beautiful beyond measurement. If anyone deserves a star it would be her.....

Sharon was a most beautiful young lady, cut down in her prime thirty-five years ago to the day(this year); if nothing else, she was a TRUE star, and she deserves a star on the Walk of Fame. I'll always love Sharon, for her beauty, her sensuality, and her sensitivity. Fly forever, Sweet Angel Sharon!

A star is the least that can be done to show appreciation for the incredible talent, the extraordinary charisma and the undying glow of such a truly beautiful woman. For the innocence in her eyes, the honesty in her smile and for the magic she brought to the screen and to all those that where privileged to know her.

I would love to see Sharon Tate receive a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It would only be right to see her name in a place of HONOR, to see HER honored for her successes and achievements. She seems to have been a wonderful, vital human being as well as a gifted actress. Too much is remembered of her being a tragic figure in history. I think it only fitting to remember her for her contributions in LIFE. They were many.

Sharon Tate was a hard working hollywood star. She made so many movies that so man people have come to love that it only seems right that she gets one. She is loved by many across the nation and I think it will be inhumane not to honor the hard work she has done.

like many other actresses in hollywood, sharon tate has made her mark in hollywood. She was a beautiful and talented actress .I think that it is very important that we pay tribute to her by giving her a star on the hollywood walk of fame.If they are going to pay tribute to james dean at the 2005 academy awards who has only made three films, then the can give sharon her star on the hollywood walk of fame , whos made more than three films.

It is long overdue that Sharon Tate should get the recognition she deserves, by having a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!!!! Not only was she the most beautiful and breath-taking female to grace the screen, she also brought a sophistication and gentleness rarely seen even in todays standards, but more important she was beautiful inside as well. Her life was cut short, never to be the mother she so desired. The Hollywood community should now acknowledge Sharon Tate and give her the Star !!!! to deny Sharon Tate the Star would be just another sad reminder of how her name is still linked with that tragic hot August night in 1969,and Sharon deserves better then that, its time to do the right thing and now honor the legacy Sharon Tate has left.
